I wish to know about the fees for CA final registration applicable for the November 2011.

I Have Completed my article ship but haven't succeed in clearing my PCC exam now if i want to furture give my pcc exam who should sign my form are there any Restriction relating to it.

SEIZURE WERE MADE FROM MR. SUNDER PURSUANT TO A SEARCH CONDUCTED IN HIS PREMISES..HE FILED AN APPLICATION FOR SETTLEMENT BY CLAMING TO HAVE RECIEVED THE AMOUNT BY WAY OF LOANS FROM SEVERAL PERSONS.THE SETTL. COMISSION ACCEPTED HIS STATEMENT AND MADE AN ORDER...THE CBI HOWEVER CONDUCTED AN ENQUIRY AT THE INSTANCE OF REVENUE REGARDING THE CLAIMED AMOUNT OF LOANS AND OPINED THAT THE ALLEGED LENDERS HAD NO MEANS OR FINANCIAL CAPACITY TO ADVANCE SUCH HUGE LOANS TO MR. SUNDER AND WERE NAME LENDERS ONLY ....THE COMISSIONER FILED AN APPLICATION U/S 245D(6) PRAYING FOR THE ORDER TO BE VOID AND FOR WITHDRAWAL OF BENEFIT GRANTED..MR SUNDER HOWEVER, CONTENDED THAT THE ORDER OF THE SETTL COMI. WAS FINAL AND ANY FRESH ANALYSIS WOULD AMOUNT TO SITTING IN JUDEGMENT OVER AN EARLIER DECISON ,FOR WHICH THE SETTLEMENT COMI.WAS NOT EMPOWERED ..DISCUSS THE CORRECTNESS OF MR. SUNDER CONTENTION???????

hi....i m a student of ca-final...want to enquire,"will DTC applicable for may2012,nov2012...i know its too early to ask...but i want to make a proper plans 4 my preparations....plz resolve my query as early as possible....in wait of ur valuable answer.....

also recommend books for ca final if one wants to do self-study?

as per the latest notification no 33/2011 it has been declared that no Service tax is payable by the Commercial Coaching classes if it leads to any educational qualification as recognised by law?

So my query is that whether Coaching classes who provides teaching upto B.com or CA coaching is also exempted as they leads to get certificate???

Hiii...I want 2 know that if a CA final student secures an exemption in 1 or 2 subject eg:- DT & IDT in Nov attempt and again in May attempt he secures very good marks in other 6 subjects ...will he be eligible for a rank. Or is it compulsory, that to get a rank a student should pass in all subjects in a single attempt??? Plz answer fast....
