i passed grp 1 and have 60+ in both a/cs and itsm in grp 2 but failed in audit

can i claim exemption in both itsm and a/cs in next attempt

Sir,
I am doing ipcc, and i am going to give the both groups but my preparation is nil. I have studied tax, cost and company law in c.s. course. the problem is that i am confused that how to give both groups i have no idea of 2 group, never read audit, it sm. some friends are telling me do last 3 chapters in it and i want some mental support from u.I want to give both groups but it seems me that it is not possible. i am in delimma please help me.
