i have 4 attempts in ipcc but not yet cleared so i want to know if I re-registered.then is it necessary to pass cpt,op,itt,again?

What is the difference between Sec. 531 & Sec. 531A ?

I mean Sec. 531A says that transaction shall be void against the Liquidator. I am having two doubts-
1.What is the meaning of void against Liquidator.

2. From reading both sections it appears that both are same. Is sec 531A a special case of Sec 531 ? If yes, how ?

Both Sec 529A & Sec 530 talks about dues of workmen of Company. But that is the difference between the two ?

How can one know that a particular amount due to worker is covered u/s 529A or 530 ?

I registered in may 2011 for icwai final in postal coaching.I appear single or both group in december 2011 examination.If somebody says only single group appeared in december examination because if finish six months only.
