i have received admit card with wrong name printed on it an with no photograph and signature on it please help

Suppose the there r two CA Firms. A & B

PQR Ltd. has 10 Branches. A Ltd. is appointed as PQR Lts's Statutory Auditor u/s 224 of Co. Act.
Firm B is appointed as Auditor of 2 branches of PQR Ltd.

Please tell me whether for Firm B, these 2 Branches will be exmpted for celing under 224(1)(B) ? Also, same is the case when both firms are appointed Tax Auditors under IT Act, 1961? Wat r Council Guidelines in this regard ?
I studies but confused regarding Firm B's ceiling ?

Pls recommend textbooks for CA final which can help in clearing concepts as well as ensure coverage. I am a CA final (old) student. Whether studying from new modules will ensure sufficient coverage or only recommended textbooks will do? Whether all guidance notes should be read thoroughly. Pls reply.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 7(4) of the Service Tax Rules 1994 read with notification No. 48/2011-Service Tax dated 19th October 2011, Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby extends the date of submission of half yearly return for the period April 2011 to September 2011 from 25th October 2011 to 26th December 2011.



This is being done in view of the fact that the e-filing of service tax returns for all class of service tax assesses has been made mandatory for the first time vide notification no. 43/2011- Service Tax dated 25.8.11, as such leaving less time for the trade to adjust to the requirement of e-filing.

I was reading schedlues to CA Act which says that a CA can not sent the printed copies of scale of fees to the client. Then how can he state his fees to them ?

Please advise me whether I can use Blue Gel
Pen(Cello Pointec Black Gel) in CA Examination.Is there any specific prohibition about Gel Pen.This point is not mentioned in the instructions of the
Admit Card.
