Whether under the Companies Act, 1956 (the Act), the annual financial statements (balance sheet and profit and loss account) of a company, after they are approved/signed by the Board of Directors, and the auditors report thereon are adopted by the shareholders/members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)can be revised or reopened?For instance, certain material facts may come to the auditors attention after the adoption of annual financial statements and wants to disclose it,So whether the auditor has to qualify the Audit Report or can he revise/reopen it to?

I have completed IPCC. Earlier I was in PCC so Ihave completed 2.5 yrs. of articleship before conversionto IPCC.

Now can I give Final exam in Nov.12 as, if I start my articleship now in feb. I would be completing around 9 months till october,2012 and only 3-4 months would be left???

Please let me know the forms required for registerin for Final and for starting my articleship also.

I HAVE CLEARED CS FINAL. BUT NOT COMPLETED THE PRACTICAL TRAINING OF 15MONTHS AS SPECIFIED.

CAN I PREFIX CS TO MY NAME???

i have registered for both ca and icwa inter course. i have done my it training for ipcc. Will IT training certificate of ca qualify for cwa inter as well or i have to undergo IT Training for cwa again.

My CA articleship is started from Sept 2010 and CS course registration on Feb 2010.

But I have not submitted Form 112 till date.

plz anyone tell me how can I submit this?

sir my attempt is on may 12 i dnt have worry about my theory paper but some prms in practical paper.is 3 month is sufficient 4 preparation should i go 4 both group?
