i have completed both groups of ipcc and my final is due on may 2013
i have taken transfer from ca firm to another within one year
BUT
i have taken termination from one firm and joined another after a gap of three months
SO
am i eligible to give ca final attempt on may 2013

Can u please expalin the Procedure of Voluntary winding up by Member of the company?

What are the forms & douments should be filed with ROC & Official Liquidator?
