Dear Friends - I was a regular job holder, i have resigned my job couple of months back and got ready to write CS Executive in June 2012.

I wanted to join a job now, but wanted to look at only in secretarial practice. Which is getting difficult to get. My only concern here is i need a job to support myself monitoryly

Coming to CS June 2012, I doubt I will pass accounts, the rest was good.

Im confused - whether to join a regular job or work with company secretary. Please suggest!!!

An Assessee who file his return u/s 44AD and show his profit more than 8% of turnover. Is there any mandatory to file B/s & P/L alongwith his return and sec44AA is being applicable for him.

I wanted to ask that from last 1-2 yrs I have not given the CPT exam. After first registration my 5 attempts is completed after one more time I have renewed my registration number shall continue on that old registration number for CPT exam?

I am final student for ca, cs, cwa.
my final exams are due on-

cs final- dec 2012
cwa final- jun 2013
ca final- nov 2013

pleas sugest me whether i should go for all three exams one after other consecutively or shall i drop cwa final exams..

it is imp to give cwa final in june 2013 as it is last attempt for students with out traning..

i am thinking to give all exams with self study pleas suggest strategies also..
