CAN WE APPEAR FOR IPCC WITHOUT CLEARING CPT BUT AFTER DOING GRADUATION?

The Notification issued by Institute on 23.2.2012 for direct registration in IPCC for graduate student. After this notification, no further intimation was given by Institute on the same matter.
So, i will suggest you to contact the nearest Institute on the same subject.
