I am a Company secretaryship(CS)student.Please suggest me when should I begin my 15 months articleship-after Executive or Professional?and will this affect my stipend?
Also what is the highest salary offered to a fresher meritorious CS in a metro city?

currently i am doing articleship and i am in second year of my articleship. I want to join LLB but the college timings available are from 7:00 am to 11:00 am and noon college are from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. There is no regular attendance required in the college. please guide me in filling form 112. And in case if i do not file form 112 with the institute what are the consequences and penal provision for such misconduct

I am ca-final student. my articleship have completed 8 months and I want take the transfership from my current firm within one year but my principal is not singining on my form no 109. so please give me a proper guide.

(i) the company shall file with the Registrar a statement in lieu of prospectus electronically in the form given in Schedule III to Act together with the e-Form 62.

MY QUESTION IS THAT WHETHER THERE IS ANY TIMELIMIT SPECIFIED IN ACT WITHIN WHICH A PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY SHOULD FILE SLP IN E-FORM 62 AFTER GETTING CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION?

Is it compulsory to send the itt and ot certificates to icai before declaration of ipcc results may 2012? or before registering for articleship its important?

I had submitted form 109 for termination of articleship on oct 2011 with the reason that Iam taking transfer from pcc to ipcc. I registered myself in ipcc as well. On feb 2012 I got a letter from ICAI that I did not take prior approval from icai,thus the same cannot be accepted. They instructed me to write aletter to icai for approval and send fresh 109 only after acceptence.I sent the letter with my principal acceptence. Four month have passed and no response yet. I have completed 3 yrs of articleship . What should I do?

sir/madam, i have registered for ipcc on 27th january 2011. but i haven't appeared in any paper for nov 2011 and may 2012 exam,although i have filled the examination form both the times. do i need revalidation of my ipcc registration to appear in ipcc november 2012 exam. please guide me.
