10 July 2012 hello,
I had submitted form 109 for termination of articleship on oct 2011 with the reason that Iam taking transfer from pcc to ipcc. I registered myself in ipcc as well. On feb 2012 I got a letter from ICAI that I did not take prior approval from icai,thus the same cannot be accepted. They instructed me to write aletter to icai for approval and send fresh 109 only after acceptence.I sent the letter with my principal acceptence. Four month have passed and no response yet. I have completed 3 yrs of articleship . What should I do?
please help me............

They will tell u about their current status

yes,I Had called in my regional office Kanpur.They told me that I was already terminated when i had sent the form 109.I told that I got this letter from ICAI.But they said they had not sent any such kind of letter and advised to sent a letter asking for termination letter.But how it is possible.I have not sent fresh 109 form and not get acceptence letter from ICAI.I m very confused......
