Hello Experts, Pls take this very immediately and resolve my query ASAP.

I have enrolled for CPT last year but unfortunately i couldn't able to clear CPT. But now new amendment has been passed, Direct entry for CA those who have passed degree. I have completed B.com this year. Am i eligible to register for Ipcc on the grounds of Direct enty scheme or i must and should undergo for Cpt only or what? If i can be eligible to go for Direct entry scheme, what are all subjects needs to considered for calculation of percentage, whether only a core subjects or core subjects includes languages also but excluding optional subjects?

minimum 30% subject-wise marks & aggregate 120 marks in CPT.

hello sir, i have cleared the first group of ipcc wid 65.5% and i want to pursue my articleship. should i do it from my home town saharanpur or move to delhi.

In order to opt for Industrial Training giving alleast 3 months notice to Principal is necessary. My query is if principal doesnot allow to go for industrial training what is the solution?

what is the difference between business law,corporate law and merchantile law, and if one of three are similar to other (like business law and merchantile are same) can i consider my business law subject for ipcc direct admission norm which require three compalsory subject mentioned in its notification..

I am thimmegowda from here i have doubt about ipcc directly register because i have completed mcom with 58% can itake the ipcc directly.
In case am i eleigable for ipcc registration both group but can take only ipcc group I.

I just pass both group of ipcc can i avail exemption from cs foundation ?

Only three subjects related to the notification of total B.Com are required to get more than 55%
Or
I should get B.Com marks total above 55%
Pls give a clarification
