i have enrolled CA PE -II in 2002 due to my personal problem could not attend any exam and i think it was cancelled, now i would like to continue my course plz help me how to continue and whether i should apply for new one or continue the old registration.

hello my dear friends, i want to know that i have registered with bos in 2010 for ca ipcc examination and due to some of my health problems i am unable to give an examination attempt.and now i feel better so that i am planning to give my examination attempt in may ipcc 2013.am i eligible to do so.,
