I am currently an intern with a PCS and going to appear in the December exams for 2 modules of Professional level. I came across the M.B.L course of NLSIU through a friend and need to know whether doing it can help me in my career as a CS as I am in for employment or should I just go for LLB as it is considered to be the best combination for CS ? Also are there any other part time courses which can help me as far as a good job concerned in today's tuff market

It's my first year of articles and due to some personal reasons i have taken 2nd time transfer to my native place.Before that i was registered with a CA firm based in mumbai thereafter took transfer to delhi based firm, but recently due to some avoidable personal reasons had taken transfer to Lucknow. My problem is that, what details should i mention regarding my partly completed training in article registration form this time? whether of first employer or of second.

Here I am asking you that why there are two type of procedures to appoint director in case of Private Companies;

1) By way of appointment of Additional Director in EGM

2) By way of Board Meeting

And also want to know that which one is proper why cant we appoint director in same way by appointing him in EGM? why there is power to appoint director by board? I am bit confused about this all so simply want to clear this doubt.

hi,i am a ca final student. i am bit confused about my marks. i had applied for certified copies of my answer sheet . when i got and go through the marks in each answer sheet i was very much confused. in each paper the marks which was allotted in my answer sheet was less than that was awarded in my marks sheet. eg: i got 50 in financial reporting paper in my marks sheet but in my answer sheet i was awarded only 38. i had also applied for revaluation of marks . in that also it was written that " THERE IS NO DISCREPANCY IN THE MARKS ALLOTTED." I AM VERY MUCH CONFUSED " CAN ANY ONE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD.

i want to know for a graduate seeking direct entry to ipcc has to undergo 7 months article training in order to be eligible for may 2013 ipcc exams?????

while applying online for cs-professional exams. the screen shows 1. net banking 2. citi bank credit card. is it means that if we use credit card than it should be of citi bank? or any other bank's credit card will be accepted. please reply fast.

After filling online executive form I go to the payment page but my computer hang that time & I am not not able to make payment...but when I again login for payment website not shows payment link it says You already have applied for the examination enrollment.Now what can I do in this case.(For Payment)Plz guide me.3 days are gone after this but till now payment option button is not shown in my ID...Plz help me friends...
