Online filling of icsi exam application- urgent

while applying online for cs-professional exams. the screen shows 1. net banking 2. citi bank credit card. is it means that if we use credit card than it should be of citi bank? or any other bank's credit card will be accepted. please reply fast.

It may not accept any other card. Further there are possibilities of server hang. It is advisable to fill the form physically.
