Sir Is there any other form also,that i need to fill in order to start my 7 months article training in order to be eligible for may 2013 exam.??
If No,then when will my article training start.?
And If Yes...please guide me with the procedure....and whom should i consult for the same.?

i am sudarshan from kakinada andhra pradesh. i have joined article ship just 20 days back. i have signed the deed and sent the form 103 to the institute. now being unhappy with present firm i am working, i would like transfer to another CA. Kindly help me in this regard and also suggest some basic guide lines regarding selection of a firm to work under. awaiting your valuable suggestion.

As per new scheme of Direct Admission in ipcc through Graduation or ICSI/ICWA,what are the rules for training.
If a student already cleared icsi inter & doing MT training and wish tojoin ipcc through graduation,is he eligible to start 3 yrs training?
Please clarify in the matter?

If "yes" which return form applicable? Here i have a doubt as per rule 12, Form ITR7 is applicable to assessee furnishing return under section 139(4A)/(4B)/(4C)/(4D) but so far as reading of the section it does not cover that.
Secondly, Initial contribution and annual contribution is exempt under section 36(1)(v) of IT Act, interest is exempt under section 10(25)(iv). Then, what else could be trust's income for income tax purpose.
I have also confusion about the audit of such accounts maintained by the trustee is it mandatory?

Please help, this area seem grey, expert please guide us with relevant provision?
