I M REGISTERED AS AN ARTICLE ASSISTANT BEFORE 1ST MAY 2012 & I HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED 1ST YEAR OF ARTICLESHIP AND MY 18 MONTHS COMPLETE ON THE END OF FEB -2013 SO I HAVE QUERY ABOUT GMCS COURSES THAT IF IT IS OLD OR NEW SYSTEM OF COURSE APPLICABLE TO ME PLEASE REPLY

i joined in articleship in september 2012,
ididnt like the firm because it doesnot had any work,
just 1or 2 stock audits per week,
so, iwant to take transfer of my articleship,
can i take transfer before 1st 6months of my articleship or i have to wait to untill i compleat my first 6months of my articleship.?
shall i have to take permison from my auditor to take transfer??

I got exemption in Auditing and Assurance(IPCC Group - II) subject, examination held on November 2011. Due to family problems i cant able to write the examination held on May 2012, But now i written the same group II in november 2012, if i cant able to clear the group II means will i loss my exemption got in Auditing and Assurance paper( examination held on November 2011)

In J&K service tax is not applicable but rail service provided by Indian railway in J&K ST is charged on AC tickets it is correct or not plz provide details to me?

I have appeared 6 papers of CA Final nov 2012 exam. However i could not attend 7th Tax Paper due to illness. Can i get exemption benefits for AMA and ISCA Paper?
If I Appear for IDT exam whether i will get Exemption benefit if i scored more than 60 Marks?
