Whether Non Practicing CS can attested the CS Executive Identity Card (Which is required for examination) i.e. who clear the CS Professional Exam.

I am completed my b.com graduation in 2012.
and i m intrested to CA .
is ipcc coaching is compulsory for rural studunts. plz give me anyone clear picture obout ipcc registration, fees,and examination fees. and lastly if i fail in first attempt of ipcc is there any re-filling the registration fees for another attempt.
give me suggetion because im in big dialoma.

xltd has given loan and advance of Rs. 20 lacs to miss. puspha who is shareholder with 15% holding in F.Y. 2009-10. x ltd having reserve and surplus of Rs. 96 lacs as on 31st march, 2010. now my querry is what is affect of same on both assessee i.e 1) on x ltd 2) miss Puspha.

two different condition:
1) if miss. puspha repaid loan amount in same year.
2) if miss. puspha repaid loan amount in next F.Y.

if a company offered 6,000 shares and public applied for 5,500 shares, then what will be the issued capital?

Some books say 6,000 will be issued capital while. PC Tulsian CPT book says 5,500 will be issued capital.

Tulsian's book seems to be right but all the most of the other books say 6,000 will be issued capital.

Please clarify.

How to prepare for CA_ Final Examinations, please tell me frndz

i have registered with ICAI via MM089993.i have passed one group in intermediate.bu t unfortunately i lost my marklist.can i know the details of the same...pls advise

Opening Stock 4,34,400
Cash Sales 16,00,000
Credit Sales 21,00,000
Total Sales 18,10,000

Selling Price is 125% of Purchase price

Stock Purchased is ?

Purchases = Sales/1.25 = 14,48,000 is answer


But Answeris given as 14,74,400

I am confused between the following two options :

Option-1 : to appear in Group-II only in May 2013 exam of IPCC

Option-2 : to appear in both groups in November 2013 exam of IPCC

Pls post sincere advise.
