I am currently a IPCC student not in direct entry scheme but i have completed my T.Y.com with 68% but not pass any groups of ipcc and i have completed my I.T.T & Orientation programme. I have given my may attempt in MAY'13. So please suggest me that i can start my Articled training or not before my result.If i can start my articled training And in case i m not clearing any groups in MAY'13 so when i can give my next attempt. sir in my bcom honrs i got 53.44%. but if i include my extra departmental marks also with honrs im getting 55.73%. in my college percentage of marks are shown in two categories- 1) only honrs 2) only extr departmental.
if i combine the two marks my avg is 55.73%. will i be able to go for articleship? i hve completed both itt and ot.

Is 156 days leave inclusive or exclusive of saturdays & sundays.

Hi,
I am in 8th month of Articleship.
I want to take Transfer from Articleship for following reasons-
* He don't pay Stipend. (He pays in Cheque and forces me to reimburse him in cash)
* It is small firm and don't have quality work
* He asks me to maintain his personal A/cs, sends me to Bank for his personal work,

When I asked about taking Transfer from Articleship, He misbehaved & denied to give any transfer. Also threatened me of Deed which I signed.
I am very Tensed.
Please Help me What to do now?
What are my Rights?

I want to know if we change only wording of notes to accounts but it does not have any impact on the financial statements and we delete some accounting policies not applicable to the company (as applicable in the previous year), then what are the consequences.

I completed my 7 months of Articles in a firm and now i am planning to take a break in my Aricleship. As i am travelling abroad for my MBA, i want to terminate my articles. Can i enter into articleship with a new firm for the remaining period of 2.3 years after i come back? I will be back only after 1.5 years.Is the break of 1.5 years is acceptable by ICAI?
