Ca not giving transfer from articleship

27 May 2013 Hi,
I am in 8th month of Articleship.
I want to take Transfer from Articleship for following reasons-
* He don't pay Stipend. (He pays in Cheque and forces me to reimburse him in cash)
* It is small firm and don't have quality work
* He asks me to maintain his personal A/cs, sends me to Bank for his personal work,

When I asked about taking Transfer from Articleship, He misbehaved & denied to give any transfer. Also threatened me of Deed which I signed.
I am very Tensed.
Please Help me What to do now?
What are my Rights?

You will get transfer from articleship from icai

you will definetely get transfer and you take this issue to nearest icai branch and convey your problem

they will definetely help you

convince him for transfer if he didn't accept,just complain about him to icai and they will accept your transfer

27 May 2013 e-sahayata is better option for you. No need to go ICAI Branch office. Just mention your problems.

But, please don't mention that CA firm is small and you are not getting quality of work. ICAI may not accept your view.

Mention that, your principle using you, for his personal work and forcing you to return the stipend amount in cash. 100% sure you will get transfer

Please, don't get tense. Be calm n speak calm.
