Sir i have completed my 3yrs articleship on 19/05/2017 but my principal is not signing form 108, he is forcing me to work under him for 6 months more... Is there any procedure to come out of this situation? I have heard about form 119 too what extent it is useful?

I've joined my articleship on dec9,2016 and took transfer on march23,2017.I've not joined articles till now i.e,may 30.will my final attempt be delayed if join artcleship on june 3rd?

can i get articleship after 1 year 10m of articleship? like transfer is successfully taken but 1 year 2m of articleship is left. for such less period is it difficult or something to get articleship? i cant go for industrial training as 3rd year of articleship has not started yet. 2years 10m are over and for industrial training one should b in 3rd yr of articleship. *Transfer is already taken*

I have seen the notification of CPT converted to CA Foundation Course which are subjective and MCQ Taxal 400 Marks Each subject are 100 marks. 2 additional subject added General English and Business Statistics or Management. Please clarify the my doubts.
