having 2 pan no. simulteanously

If any person has 2 pan no. Sumulteanously and if he has been used both pan no. Wtat should we do. Wat can be happen if we surrender it. Plz advise me for best safeguard.. Its urjent.

You should surrender new one pan card. There is penalty of Rs.10000/- but it is completely on discretion of deptt. & rarely charged if self surrender duplicate pan
