22 May 2017 If any person has 2 pan no. Sumulteanously and if he has been used both pan no. Wtat should we do. Wat can be happen if we surrender it. Plz advise me for best safeguard.. Its urjent.

22 May 2017 Thanks mam. But both pan has been used simulteanously. Then wat should we do. On surrendering wat is the penalty

23 May 2017 You should surrender new one pan card. There is penalty of Rs.10000/- but it is completely on discretion of deptt. & rarely charged if self surrender duplicate pan
