i have applied for Name for registration of a new company and the name was made available by mca on 9-10-2019 which was reserved for 20 days i.e. till 29-10-2019. but due to some reason i did not complete the registration process within due date.
1. Can i register with this name even after 20 days ??
2. if not Can i apply for same again ??, if yes, what is the process to apply for the same name again??

In a pvt ltd company 2 directors are there having 50% of shares each. one of them is MD and another is ordinary director.ordinary director is not willing to sign on the financial statements.as per law minimum 2 directors has to sign on it. Now what is the process to be followed to compliance the law.is MD alone can appoint another director or is there any alternative regarding this

Companies incorporated in 2018-19, no transactions,no business . Such companies need to file DPT-3 ?

Dear Expert ! A pvt Ltd. company was registered on dated 21.08.2018 and first auditor has to be appointed within 30 days by the board. Board send the appointment letter to CA firm, but firm did not sent the confirmation letter till end of Jan 2019 after that only they have given refusal letter . Now my query is whether board can appoint another auditor treating as first auditor of the company ? I.s it necessary to file ADT 1 by the another Auditor
