07 August 2019 Copy of residence proof (electricity bill, bank statement, water bill, telephone bill)
of all subscribers (not having DIN) should be attached as per rule 16(1) of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules,
2014. It should match with details filled in SPICe and not older than 2 months.(attached proofs are mismatched with
details filled in SPICe)(In attached residence proof of RAVINDER SINGH LAMBA Passbook front page is of Bank of India
and transaction statement is of SBI, clarify).
As the maximum chances for resubmission have been elapsed. Hence the
forms are put for further orders.

what should i do please tell its urgent

08 August 2019 'Rejection' can be expected. Wait for the orders.

Ps :- Certification by the PROFESSIONAL of SPICe became wrong ,especially
of the attachments of Ravinder Ji's case ,which may attract punishment per
section 448 r.a.w section 447.

15 August 2019 further in mail following reply b y department:
The defects or incompleteness in any respect in this eForm as noticed by the Registrar have been placed on the
Ministry website ( www.mca.gov.in). In view of the above, you are therefore, directed that this eForm should be
resubmitted complete in all respects by 22/08/2019 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall
not be taken on record or transaction shall be cancelled.
