Who are the people compulsorily required to be present in AGM

no any compulsion as such.

I mean which directors should be compulsory required to be present in AGM

again the answer is same as above.......At the most one can say that the one whose membership is liable for cancellation due to non attendance of consecutive meetings, may have to attend the ensuing meeting compulsorily if s/he does not want to get his/her membership cancelled due to such non attendance
