Dear Sir / Ma'am,
We have to resign 3 directors of a limited company and also appoint 3 new directors in the same company then can we file SINGLE form 32 for both the cases i.e. for appointment and for cessesation.

Or we have to file Form 32 separetly for appointment and for removal.

Please advice me as soon as possible.

Mr. A Company Secretary has resigned from the listed company “B” Ltd. B ltd is neither willing to file the form 32 of resignation of Mr. A nor ready to inform to BSE, NSE.

Now, how the name of Mr. “A” can be removed from ROC, BSE and NSE??

Please can anyone guide me with the following query:-
If a Company has been struck-off by ROC because of non-filing of annual documents, any member, officer or creditor of the company showing that they are aggrieved because of the company's strike off, can apply to the Registrar of Companies for the restoration of the Company within 12 months of the strike off.
Provided that the Registrar is satisfied that all outstanding documents have been filed and all outstanding fees paid, he can restore the company to the register. Where the Registrar restores the company to the register, the company is deemed to have continued in existence as though it had not been struck off.

So, can anyone, guide me with the list of all documents required to be submitted to ROC along with the application letter and also the format or sample of the same.

Please tell me, may an indian Public Company be invested in shares of overseas Company which is not its JV/WOS? is there any format of Board resolution so please provide?

and my company wants to increase authorized capital.right now we have Rs29.61l cr.so we decided to increase 30 Cr and above.sir we decide to increase 20+10.is it better to hike?or is better to increase 30 cr? and if you have any ideas please share me sir.
