I have Incorporated one limited company last month.All directors are relative. can anybody tell me the List of mandatory compliances for limited company describe in brief.

also the authorised share capital is 50 lakhs.the company now want to purchase a land costing 75 lakhs.how can this transaction arrange. can i suggest acceptance of loan from director above the authorised capital limit? what are the formalities and procedures in this connection

I want to know that if we want to change registered office of our company from Ludhiana to Chandigarh, then whether it will be count as same state or from one state to Union territory(Chandigarh) as ROC is same for both districts.

While Calculating Ceiling limit, Should we consider the Required Data(Capital, Free Reserve, Loan etc)
-of Last Audited Balance Sheet
or
-of Balance sheet as on date of proposal

just for example BOD of XYZ ltd, proposed to invest in equity share of PQR ltd on 1st december 2012.
Should we calculate the ceiling limit on the basis of data pertains to last audited balance sheet or balance sheet data as on date of proposal.??

sir i have filed a form 32 on 5/9/2013 and now i want a certifed copies of the same. but when i m searching on mca portel there i cant found the same document in the list (get certifed copies)in directors Category Name : Change in directors.
