There were 2 directors in the company. The company mistakingly removed 1 director on 17-03-2022 by filing DIR 12. At that point of time, company had only 1 director.
Now when company is trying to add new director by filing DIR-12 the form is showing error "The count of director is less than minimum requirement"
What is the solution for the error?

Can anyone guide me as to which form to upload to update Company's E-mail ID in MCA?

There are 2 questions:
1) ICAI Module states that express power of Articles is required to declare Interim Dividend whereas Companies Act itself provided the power is Sec 123 (3) and does not mention any such requirement.
2) ICAI Module states that Interim Dividend can be revoked by consent of all shareholders but Companies Act is silent. However Companies Act states that all provisions of Dividend shall apply to Interim Dividend by virtue of Definition Clause. Therefore since Final Dividend cannot be revoked it shall mutatis mutandis be interpreted that Interim Dividend also cannot be revoked.

So is ICAI Material incorrect in this respect, or is this interpretation defective. Kindly clarify

While filing CSR-1 for society should we mention detail of the entire managing committee or detail of secretary will suffice.
If managing committee details should be mentioned then what designation option should be selected as only following options are there directors, chairperson, trustee, secretary and authorised representative. In case of society there are president, vice president, treasurer etc. Please guide.

I have filed form INC-20A after 180 days and I have not received the certificate of commencement of business. I have not received the certificate because I have filed delayed form? Does any one guide me through this.
