Will a director be disqualified if he/she attends all the meetings through virtual mode and is also going to attend the Board Meeting for adoption of Financial Statements, Boards Report and other papers through virtual mode only?

Meeting can be conducted if required quarum is present phisically.

Thanks sir for resolving my query. But if all the directors are present virtually for all the meetings held in the year, whether all the directors are disqualified?

No disqualification in view of this.
