How much % of shareholding may be of a foreign shareholder/director in an Indian Private Limited Company ?

An Indian company to be formed in which there be two director e.g. one from US citizenship and second one from india. Further, US director wants to hv 51% holding.

Business of the company would be selling garment through internet in india.

Please suggest wht procedure to be followed.

I want to register my digital signature but unable to register querry shwon on site is "object does not support this property or method.

While registereing the this problem occur after i click "select your DSC".

Also to note that i have already registered my old DSC with earlier company but in new company i take separate DSC to register

whether co's bill 2008 and 2009 is applicable for may 2010 in final exam?

Is there any changes made after Nov.2009 exam in final old course in the subject of LAW?

if there any possibility to verify a reg. no. of a company noted in certificate of incorporation?

In Case where there are two public co and both are having paid up capital above Rs 1 Cr. and enters into contract under 297 at the time of contract as both are public co they are exempted, but subsequently the status of one company changes to private co, now whether the permission of Central Govt is required ?

kindly provide supporting case law or notification

I will be glad to know the answer for my following: Can a Pvt Ltd co accept loans from a partnership firm of which all the partners are the share holders of the company.Kindly cite any case laws on the issue.

I know that consent of the memebrs will be obtained in General Meeting held for the first time after appointment of realative of Director whose salary is fixed below Rs.50,000/0.My query is withour approval of the Board can we appoint such person and after 8 months can we directly place in General Meeting for members approval?

currently name of my firm is "SHREE Engineering" is it possible to have similar name as SHREE Engineering Pvt. Ltd. when we convert to PVT LTD. (If available) or ROC do not consider 'SHREE' as name, pls guide
