if there any possibility to verify a reg. no. of a company noted in certificate of incorporation?

In Case where there are two public co and both are having paid up capital above Rs 1 Cr. and enters into contract under 297 at the time of contract as both are public co they are exempted, but subsequently the status of one company changes to private co, now whether the permission of Central Govt is required ?

I know that consent of the memebrs will be obtained in General Meeting held for the first time after appointment of realative of Director whose salary is fixed below Rs.50,000/0.My query is withour approval of the Board can we appoint such person and after 8 months can we directly place in General Meeting for members approval?

Is it compulsory to have 7 partner to covert a partnership firm into private limited company?

Q.1 Can a company change its distinctive no of shares with new one. for example
current distinctive no is 000001-250000. Now can company change it like this
250001-500000 or something else?
Shareholders are same. just no. are changing to merge all odd lots.

So Can company do so and if yes there is any rules for this to comply with it?

After the change of the name of the company, Do we need to disclose old name any where? if yes, the time period?

We filed form 1A and got the name availability for a Pvt. Ltd. co.

In form 1A Mr. X and Mr. Y were proposed to be the subscribers to MoA AoA, now while proceeding with Incorporation, can we change the subscribers to MoA and AoA as Mr. A and B. like in form 1 and also while filing MoA and AoA for registration.
