Sir/ Madam,
Do we have to pass special resolution and upload Form 23 with ROC to increase the authorised share capital from 500,000/- to 10,00,000/- of a Pvt.Ltd.Company?

For increase in Authorised capital of all company, company have to pass ordinary resolution but if articles of company provide for the Special resolution than you have to file Form 23.
Hence confirm if Articles state for Special resolution else no need to file Form 23 for ordinary resolution
