whether co's bill 2008 and 2009 is applicable for may 2010 in final exam?
Is there any changes made after Nov.2009 exam in final old course in the subject of LAW?

Companies act 1956 applicable. The bill has not yet been made into an act so the same has yet not come into force. So not applicable
