I had 300 equity shares of Chambal Fertilizers and chemical limited but unfortunately have lost the certificates and there is unclaimed dividend from year 2005 .
At the same time present value of Equity is 452 per share.

Whole the amount is transferred to IEPF account please guide me to recover the amount

While filling form IEPF 4, I have to mention SRN of form IEPF 1/1 INV, if the purpose is u/s 124(6), and the financial year to which the dividend amount is related gets automatically prefilled.

However, in my case, on entering the SRN, it is not prefilling the FY. And if I give the purpose of filing the form as section 90(9) this issue does not come up.

Kindly advice on
a) which option to choose when giving purpose of filing form and
b) Had raised many tickets but not received satisfactory reply, so whom should I contact?

I applied for LLP Closure for my client via strick off.
I submitted all docs and attach to form.
However, I got email for resubmission with docs.
Below is remark:
A statement of accounts as per prescribed format disclosing Nil assets and Nil liabilities [sub-clause (a) of clause
(II) of sub-rule (1A) to rule 37] not more than thirty days before the date of application and certified by a
Chartered Accountant to be submitted. - I attached.
Affidavit signed by designated partners [sub-section (b) of clause(II) of
sub-rule(1a) to Rule 37] to be furnished. - Attached.
Income Tax Return - Attached
Proof of closure of Bank A/c, Consent of creditors, - I did not attach as no bank account was opened and I mentioned it on affidavit. There is no creditor.
Resolution for strike off and Indemnity Bond to be furnished. - Attached.

Can anyone guide me whom to contact in this manner?
I called MCA but the lady on the other side told me that She could not tell exactly what was the issue.

How can I know the exact issue?

In a notice of the private limited company there was a mistake in the explanatory statement for passing special resolution . But the form has not been filed yet . The agm was held through vc meeting and the notice was circulated in the meeting through email. There is litigation going in this company. Now while preparing the form i realised the mistake. Can i rectify the same before filing the form?
