Firm registration

Can anyone tell me the format / content of Forwarding letter and Authority letter to effect the new firm registration. Also is this letters to be signed by both the partners or by any one of them.

Its urgent. Reply me asap.

Inter Company Loan

Hi,

A Pvt. Ltd. has taken a loan from B Pvt. Ltd. company.

Both companies A Pvt. Ltd. & B Pvt. Ltd. are group companies.

Can you please tell me what documents are needed to explain this loan transaction to Auditors.

change of the object clause of the company

Dear all,

I want to answer the following question

The management of ambitious properties Ltd has decided to take up the business of food processing activity because of the downward trend in real estate business. there is no provision in object clause of the MOA to enable the company to carry on such business. please tell me the reasons whether its object can be amended?
