Objects in Memorandum

Can a Company do a business given in its incidental objects? or it has to first follow the procedure for change of objects?

I HAVE TO TRANSFER SHARES FROM ONE PROMOTER TO ANOTHER.
PLEASE GUIDE ME THE PROCESS OF TRANSFER OF SHARES IN PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY.
IS ANY FORM REQUIRED TO BE FILED WITH ROC ?
PLEASE PROVIDE ME THE RESOLUTION OR LETTER REQUIRED FOR TRANSFER.

COMPANY :X" INVESTED IN COMPANY "Y" WHICH WAS INCORPORATED ON 27/01/2009,APPLICATION OF EQUITY SHARES WERE MADE ON 23/03/2009, WHILE THE CHEQUES WERE ISSUED ON 25/03/2009 AND 27/03/2009. KINDLY LET US KNOW WHAT SHOULD BE THE ALLOTMENT DATE FOR COMPANY X"

sec 171 issue of notice of AGM

hi cci experts......

plzz..... tell me that if we are not dispatching notice via post than can we take the time gape of 21 clear days only and ignore 3 days of serving notice.
