19 July 2010 Annual return has to be prepared in Schedule V Part 11. Convert this into pdf file. Log in to MCA 21. Down load in your computer e-form 20 B. Go through the instruction contained therein and fill up accordingly. After that use 'check form" command and check the accuracy. Then the form may be digitally signed by the Mg. Director as well as a practising CS/CA. The form is to be pre- scrutinized and uploaded through MCA 21.
