Can i give 3-4 lack money to my parent from saving ( salary saving ).
1) Are they need to show it in ITR
2) Do they need to pay tax .
3) In future if thet want to give back in case of odd time , do i need to show as income that time and again need to pay tax.

due to demonitisation if any body has savings of previous years which was below taxable limit n that person has not filed any return but now that person want to deposit the savings in bank altogether which is more then 2.5 lakhs..can he do so? by filling return of 2 previous year in cash n deposit that cash in his bank account that amt say 5 lakhs..does any query may come?if we file it return for the previous years now..?

Any problem if i deposited 500/1000 Rs. Deposit in current account more than 2 time.
because of we have cash in hand 13 Lakh but on 9th nov we deposited 2.5 lakh (500 &1000) only. now we want balance amount deposited in to the account but some experts guide its wrong.
so please guide us we maintained cash basis accounting in our 4 branches
