Is TCS applicable for sale of 3 wheeler where consideration exceeds Rs.2 lacs Example: Sale Value Rs.178000, Road Tax Rs.72000 Cash Received Rs.240000

The ans is yes tcs is applicable in case if Sale consideration exceeds rs 2lakhs in this case.

Would this be covered under the TCS Code 6CM as value of motor vehicle is less than 10 lacs? or
As value of Motor vehicle (other than two wheeler) do not exceed 10 lacs, TCS is not applicable?
