Hello ,
I am a salaried person and I have to file my ITR but my company not issue the form 16 year of 2014-15 so how can I file my ITR-1 without form 16.

It is your right to receive form 16.
But if it is not possible, still u are eligible to file IT return.
For FY 2014-15, last date is 31st of march 2017 with interest fine.

If you have all the detail of your salary, you can file without form 16. Cross check TDS with form 26AS. Meanwhile request you employer to issue form 16. Not able to understand why is you employer withholding form 16
