My IT Return for AY 2011-12 was efiled by one of my friend. Now I have to efile for AY 2012-13 and 2013-14. But the above friend is not traceable now and I do not know the required password for efiling. I had requested the Validation deptt. and CPC deptt.many times giving details of my PAN, DOB. Address etc. etc. But they are not issuing me new password and say that new password can only be issued to regd. email id, which I do not know. As such, what should I do now to get a new password ?

Being a psu employee my tax is deducted from salary but my 26as form showing no transaction inspite of regular deduction of tax. My pan no is ADJPP8627L AND Dob 05/01/1962.Onthe other hand it is found after filling online return this year when i tried to know my Pan then i came to know that jurisdiction of my Pan is wrongly mentioned, what should be the reason for blank 26a please help my original jurisdiction is Bokaro jharkhand but in pan it is showing raigarh chattisgarh is it the reason for no transaction appearing in 26a

At the time of registration of my PAN ,I come to know that my PAN has been already registered by someone.So how will I be able to register my PAN?
In this regards i would like to state that i did not register my PAN at all.
How i'll be able to e-file my return ?

my client has taken service tax registration no. in jan 2012 .,but not provide any service till today. he wants surrender service registration no. whats amount may pay for penalty. compounding of penalty available or not?can officer wave penalty?

If an audit report(3CB-3CD) was filed but in the attachments, for balance sheet and Profit and loss A/c only 1 page each for both was uploaded without any annexures.

Are there any consequences of filing revised Audit report just to correct the mistake in these attachments?
