while filling my ITR2 for AY23-24 offline utility for itr2, last schedule calculate tax button when click to show tax or refund system asks for enter password.Ihave entered the efilling password, pan no, panno and date of birth but not accepted.hence icould not generate johnson for upload.
Please help me and guide.

If upto 7.5lacs don't need to pay tax. I had been told upto 3lacs it will be nil and 3-6lacs, I.e on 3,00,000, 5% is applicable. Is it true?

Karta's Father likes to give monetary gift frequently to Karta and his Family. Karta is planning to have these gifts received in the newly formed HUF.
1. As the gifts will be frequent, is it fine to receive those in HUF's account without any Gift Deed through online transfer mode without any tax implications?
2. Can HUF receive in cash also? Is there any limit for gifts in cash for above scenario?
3. Will there be any income clubbing for Karta's Father if those gifts are invested by HUF?

One of my client facing Restricted Refund from 01-04-2023, even though the account is Validated and EVC Enabled. Also checked with Bank, they replied thats not their problem, their side were all are clear.

PAN, mobile number and mail id Linked with Bank
PAN and aadhar Linked

Till Last year refund received from the same bank.

Now it shows Restricted Refund Bank account

Please rectify this

Sir, as per report, PAN-Aadhar link is not mandatory for residents of Assam. But, if any resident of Assam want to link his PAN with Aadhar without paying late fine of 1,000/-, what is procedure ? As I did or find any such option in income tax portal.
