Whether mvat audit limit is 60 lacs or 1 crore for fy13-14?

Dear Expert,

My sales turnover was 75 lacs for f.y.13-14.
and i filed my 4th quarter return also on 21st april,14.

Now the Mvat audit limit has increased to 1crore, so i am not falling under mvat audit.

Now what to do?

when i called to Sales tax dept. Mazgaon they said Mvat audit limit is 60 lacs.

Please advice.

Itc on fixed assets

Dear All

Please help us we want to purchase air receiver as a fixed assets can we take input tax credit on that Fixed assets as per DVAT rule.

Rate of VAT varies as per the rules of different states!! On what basis these rate of VAT changes in every other state in respect to vehicles?

Purchase before vat registration

Sir

proprietor Purchased a sum of 8,00,000/- Rs before vat registration in the name of proprietor.
can he claim the input vat credit after registration in the name of his firm under proprietorship.......?

Surrender or cancellation of vat/cst tin number

Hello,

please give the processor how we cancel VAT tin Number in Maharashtra.

I am reading act but only Form 103 has found for cancellation registration Number please advice what documents to be submitted along with Form 103.
