Death of a partner - dissolution

I had a partnership firm having 2 partners, due to death of a partner it converts into proprietorship, now i want to know which documents and forms to be submitted with ROF for dissolution of firm at mumbai.

Huf salary and as a patrner in a firm

Can a HUF be a partner in a partnership firm,if yes then can he get salary as other partners get.If HUF can't then reason for it?

Moa and aoa

Hi,

I have incorporated a new company, where the form 1 has been asked for resubmission, by a remark showing that the paid up capital of the company should be mentioned in moa and aoa, so please help me,is it necessary for us to mentioned the paid up capital of the company in moa and aoa,as we are already mentioning the authorised share capital of the company in moa and aoa, please let me know its urgent.

Kindly guide me that Resolution to authorize director to file returns with ROC is required to file annual accounts and annual return, My question is that In case annual accounts for year ending 31.03.09,31.03.10 are filed in say 2013, whether resolution authorizing director to file annual returns and accounts should be passed in current date or previous year dates Say 09,10...
