Kindly guide


Had a few queries:

1.If we hire a trainee for 6 months/one year and he is paid stipend/out of pocket expense is it ok? Does he have to be taken in company payroll and given the statutory benefits. How will his stipend be treated as per income tax law?
2. Can medical reimbursement which is tax exempt upto 15000/- be given monthly? If paid monthly will it be treated for tax purpose as medical allowance?
3. Can LTA be paid monthly? If it is tax exempt once in 2years than can we exempt the employees on production of bills in one year and tax his lta the consecutive year?

Transfer of property

my query is
a society registered in society registration act running a business thereafter the society converted in to a private limited company.

whether the property of the society automatically vasted in to company or some convayance deed needed for the same

the real controvercy is the society property worth about 50 carore
and the company authorised, issued and subscribed share capital is 100000=00 share of rs. 10 each only
then in the abvoe circumstances whether the property vested in the company or not??

In the Sale Agreement of a flat in Mumbai,which my relative has purchased, it is clearly mentioned that all electricity charges are to be borne by the flat seller upto the date of transfer of property.

The electricity charges of the company (Reliance Energy, in this case) includes the following:
1)Bill amount of Rs.430 for the last month before the date of transfer
2)"Additional security deposit demanded along with March 2012 bill but still unpaid Rs.1040" which is mentioned on the last month's bill

Sirs, kindly clarify if the flat seller is liable to pay:
1)only the monthly bill amount of Rs.430,or,
2)the monthly bill amount of Rs.430 plus the unpaid security deposit of Rs.1040, that is, total Rs.1470

An employee completed 42 year of his service and also fulfill the criteria of 5 continuous year in 3 years out of 42 years worked only 4 month each of year. What is the completed year for gratuity calculation?
