could you please tell us where we( Employer) have to pay the gratuity amount every month ? within how many days we have to the amount ? ( i know the amount calculations provisions)

where we have to deposit Gratuity amount in every month ? like PF or ESI ? is like any mandatory is there ? or we can deposit certain amount in either in an insurance company or in a Bank ? to meet the future expenses ?
