Removal of directors

We have a company where we want to appoint new directors for the company as the existing directors are non-co-operating. Also the said existing directors are directors in some other companies which are in the defauting list on MCA. So to appoint new directors for the co.we are not able to use the Digital Signature of the existing Directors.
The companies( defaulting companies ) in which they are directors are not ready to upload their returns and are not co-operating with our company.
Sir, we need to immediately change the management of the company as it is not managed properly by the existing management.
Kindly guide as to how can we appoint new directors when the digital signatures of the existing directors cannot be used to upload Form 32 for appointment of new directors.

Company incorporation

I have filed Form 1, 18 & 32 for incorporating the company today. Please tell me how much does MCA generally take to confirm company incorporation after these Forms have been uploaded.
