how to answer a question in cs intermediate exams.what does the examiner expect in our answer. would they expect us to write more lengthy answer and more pages.

Hi there. Im appearing in Nov13 ipcc. So far my preparation for law is going good but i want to know that is it must to mention sections in your answers. I know its a good practice to do but is it must?? How much marks weightage i lose if i dont? Thanks in advance..

What is fuel surcharge? Why transport company charge to his client? After collecting to whom this fuel surcharge is depositing? Can as a customer we can negosiate on levy and payment of bargaining on it?
