I am taking 10 cars on the monthly rental basis for running my business and for the said purpose i want the car rental agreement can anyone provide me with the same.

What is implied contract

The AOA of H ltd. contained a provision that upto 3% of issue price of the shares as underwriting commission may be paid to the underwriters. The BOD of the company decided to pay 4% underwriting commission. Can the BOD do so? Also state the provisions of the law in this regard as stated under Indian companies act 1956.

If an audit report(3CB-3CD) was filed but in the attachments, for balance sheet and Profit and loss A/c only 1 page each for both was uploaded without any annexures.

Are there any consequences of filing revised Audit report just to correct the mistake in these attachments?
