can anyone clarify profession tax is payable in case of foreign director in Maharashtra. Income from all sources in NIL & no sitting fee & no dividend paid to director during the year.

1. partners retired in 1989 & their signatures were not taken in partnership amendmet deed
2. that if any liability arising for any time the continuing partner will responsible.
3. that no roll is left for retired partner.

Will my leave fall under casual leave counting one day or earned leave counting three days.
