i want to admit new partner in partnership firm with capital or without capital then how many amount of stamp paper required in amendment of partnership deed. if i admit new partner with capital then existing partners capital also calculated in calculation of stamp paper requirement ???

Q1 :if no. of directors are only two at the time of conversion of ISCS(inter state cooperative societies)then whats tge provision of time for election as accordingto sec 581P?as min directors req is 5?

Q2 :what is the relevance of this line in sec 581P that there must be at least 5 directors on the date of conversion ?

So my Query is that which compliance they have to follow and from where we have to get permission to start such business. for e.g RBI etc.

In case, if an indian is acquired by an Foreign company is it require to take FIPB ??/ and again if once FIPB approval is taken does it require to take FIPB approval again if additional Share Capital is coming
