THIS IS AGAIN SREEKANTH.CAN I GET ANY AMENDMENTS ABOUT PE2 GROUP1 CONDUCTING IN MAY 08 .PLZ, ABOUT HOW MANY ACC STANDARDS& THEIR AMENDMENTS ,ANY CHANGES IN COMP LAW/BUSSINESS LAW OR COMPANY AUDIT. PLZ TELL ME SO THAT IM GRATEFUL 2 U.

we have completed our required 15 months of articleship and we are going to give the may 2008 pcc attempt. our final attempt comes in may 2010. but we have our tybcom exams in april 2008.den can we give the pcc attempt in nov 2008. will that affect anyway,our articleship period or our final attempt ?? will it cum in may 2010 only ?? coz many of us are thinkin to either give d pcc in nov or the tybcom in oct. which one will b better as handling both together is not possible ??

The price band for the sale price and repurchase price as per SEBI Regulations 1996 is as follows where,
a) sale price should not be higher than 107% of NAV,
b)repurchase price should not be lower than 93% of NAV, and
c)difference between sale price and repurchase price calculated on sale price should not exceed 7%.

Is there any change in this rule???

I am a PE-2 student regd after PE-1.my eligbility certificate was valid only up to Nov2007 examn.
i wrote PE-2 in Nov2007 and have failed in both groups getting an exemption in information tech with 62 marks.
I am totally confused reading the transition update. I would like to know whether i can write May2008 PE-2 or whether i should get converted to new scheme. If i get converted, can i write PCE May 2008 without the prior requirement of completion of 18 months articleship.will i hav to write information tech paper again under PCC.Is immediate joining for articleship needed along with PCC transition?

hi, i have exemption in MICS paper. I got it in Nov 2006 attempt. Do i have the exemption in May 2008 exam also? i heard that the exemption is valid for next 3 attempts. Please clarify my doubt....
