I have a query abt articleship.

One of my frnd is doing dummy articleship and working as a paid assistant in another CA firm. Now he want 2 leave that firm but the CA there wont allow him to leave as he threats if u leave from here I will make a complaint to d institute dat u r on dummy. Cud anybody tell me can he do anything against him and wat is d proceadure to make a complaint against an article, as he don have his registration no. What he knows abt him is only his name and location where does he resides.

I am CA FINAL Student ll appear in May 2008 exam want to know what r the Amendments applicable for IDT paper what is the Cut off date of Amendments application is it 30th june 2007 or 31 st oct 07 please answer me

My revision for A/c and the Gr2 subjects are good. But Law & Auditing are bothering me. Can you pls tell me, how to prepare for these 2 subjects within a short time?

this is my last attempt for pe-2 exams and both my groups are pending but due to health reasons i will be able to give only one group.after that do i have to re-register myself for PCC again?is 100 hours training compulsory if i have completed my articles??????????????

There are lot of confusion in the mind of Students Who have completed PE-II ,Nov.07.and who has completed 3 yrs Articleship under old structure.
1.Can they appear for C.A. final exam in May08?
2.What is the exact fees while taking admission to final?(As most have paid one time fees while taking admission to intermediate)
3. I.T. course? is it compulsory?

I am a B.Com graduate registered under C.A.Inter scheme on December 2000 and I have appeared for PE II exams till November 2007. I still have to clear both the groups. Now I want a clarification regarding whether I can appear for May 2008-PE II exam. Also let me know, whether I am eligible to appear in Professional competance Exams subsequently thereafter?
