07 March 2008 I have a query abt articleship.

One of my frnd is doing dummy articleship and working as a paid assistant in another CA firm. Now he want 2 leave that firm but the CA there wont allow him to leave as he threats if u leave from here I will make a complaint to d institute dat u r on dummy. Cud anybody tell me can he do anything against him and wat is d proceadure to make a complaint against an article, as he don have his registration no. What he knows abt him is only his name and location where does he resides.

09 March 2008 Sir it means he have registered with one CA firm but working with another CA firm and where he is working he's not leaving him.

10 March 2008 Your friend is on wrong path, the any one can not do anything for him. On dummy articleship the Institute can take disciplinary action on the student and as well as on the Chartered. So by any adult person with some relation to the chartered, who knows the C.A. and can do favour to your friend also and only he can settle the matter.

10 March 2008 But Can he (CA) do anything without having his Registration No. Can he make any complaint if yes then how?
